A project that changed routes. I was going for three self-portraits, but ended up with one in acrylics and one in oils.
Being tired of my warm palette I decided to go all out on the purples and blues. Plus I've purchased a bunch teals and cyans, I also use left overs from previous paintings, the green and the purple come from Odalisque, so that dictated my new palette.
Sadly I did not finish it. I definitely need to cover up that harsh peachy tone. I also want to unify the painting a little, since it is very layered right now.
